1. Deadline for submitting final project documents:
- before 15:00pm, June 19 (for students at ShaHe campus)Please follow the next 4 steps to submit your project documents.
Step 1 下载:各小组在教学网站下载空白目录Process.rar,解压Process.rar到Process文件夹,小组内部讨论后由组长填写其中的result.doc,请注意最终获得课程成绩的同学名单将以result.doc中的名单为准,请各小组组长务必认真填写,避免遗漏同学。(Step 1: download and unzip the blank folder in Process.rar)
Step 2 归档:把项目小组最后一次敏捷迭代计划文件(ID-Backlog.xls),加上每次的演讲PPT一起放在Process文件夹根下,然后按照下面说明将软件开发各阶段对应的各类软件工程文档放入相应子目录中。(Step 2: put all final project documents in the folder)Process目录说明(Contents in process folder):
1.Inception: 放置需求分析阶段文档,如项目计划书、需求分析、用例模型等(Please put inception artifacts here, such as project plan, requirement analysis, use case model etc.)
2.Elaboration: 放置系统设计阶段文档,如概要设计、详细设计书等(Please put elaboration artifacts here, such as design documents etc.)
3.Construction: 放置系统实现阶段文档、源码、数据库脚本等(Please put construction artifacts here, such as source code, database SQL script, test plan, test case etc.)
4.Transition: 放置系统部署阶段文档,如用户指南、使用手册等(Please put transition artifacts here, such as user manual etc.)
5.Screenshots: 放置软件界面截屏,5-15个即可,图片格式为jpg或gif或flash动画(Please put some screenshots of your software/web/application here, in jpg, gif or flash etc. format)result.doc: 必须填写,最终评分以此名单及工作量为准,工作量百分比按完成工作量最大的同学为100%,其他同学相对于此工作量来估算,由项目小组负责人经过小组最后一次会议集体讨论确定。(Please write down all team members’ information here, especially for the workload for each)
Step 3 打包:全部文件和文件夹放好后,将Process文件夹前加上三位小组代号和下划线(例如SDD小组使用SDD_Process命名文件夹),最后打包压缩成SDD_Process.rar (Step 3: compress the folder to a .zip/.rar file with your team name or student ID as prefix)
Step 4 提交:按时提交打包文件,提交时间为2013年6月18日下午17:00或6月19日下午15:00前,建议在小组答辩后使用U盘现场提交文件,由于总成绩评分时间紧张,请各小组组长务必及时提交,过期将影响整个团队成绩。(Step 4: submit your zip/rar file before the deadline, or after your presentation and demonstration)Announcement:
3. 各项目组组长请注意:从4月1日起未来的8周大家的项目正式进入敏捷开发过程,为便于评估项目进展和各成员工作量,请每个小组下载01-Backlog.xls (将前面的01修改为网页上自己小组的两位数字编号),每周的敏捷迭代计划会议后填写其中的一页(包括完成上一次迭代任务的实际执行情况列)后发送到linjun@buaa.edu.cn(建议为周三会议,周四发送邮件)和linjunbuaa@gmail.com(备用防止邮件丢失),通常来说两个月的开发过程每组需要完成一共8次迭代计划。注意每次迭代中计划的任务要适量适度,便于每个成员一周内完成相应任务。每个小组务必每周认真完成该文档并提交,一共8次,否则将影响整个团队成绩!!!
2. For encouraging student to attend Fenru Cup-like Competition, the team who attend Fenru
Cup will be added 10 points at the final team document score, except this, the final score for those teams winning 3rd class award will be added 20 points, the final score for those teams winning 2nd class award
will be added 30 points, the final score for those teams winning 1st class award will be added 40 points.1. How to register the course and project:
Step 1. To organize or join into a team, take a vote for your team leader, and then decide a project will be fullfiled by your team in this semester.
Normally the number of member in one team should be 5-7. Team members will take different roles in one team, such as leader/manager, requirement analyst, designer, programmer, tester, document writer etc. The team leader should organize project meeting regularly. Project direction and target MUST be determined in the first meeting (detailed plan can be determined later).Step 2. To download Project Register Form and fill it in. Team leader should visit this teaching website to download a blank “KJCX_Team_CODE.doc“, fill in all information, and then submit it to linjun@buaa.edu.cn as the attachment before 12pm of 15 March, 2012. The title of email should be 3-letter Team Code+3-letter Project Code (e.g. ABC+MCC). All successfully registered projects and teams will be listed in Teams and Projects later.
VERY IMPORTANT: all students taking this course ONLY can get the final score when he/she joins into one team and attends the project development. Anyone who has no project and no team please withdraws the course timely.
